This role involves designing scalable migration strategies to support ERP compatibility and modern enterprise architectures, requiring deep technical expertise and strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end database migration projects, including conversions between Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL , and other enterprise databases
Design and implement migration strategies that ensure data integrity, security, and minimal downtime
Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support cloud integrations across AWS and Azure , including automation workflows
Provide technical leadership for complex migration initiatives, including performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
Support client engagements through effective project coordination, stakeholder communication, and technical consultation
Ensure secure database configurations by applying industry best practices for security, access control, and compliance
Contribute to advanced development initiatives, including AI integration, HUB architectures, and modernized data platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering or database architecture roles
Proven expertise in system-level troubleshooting and complex problem resolution
Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise-scale applications
Strong understanding of database architecture, migration methodologies, and cross-platform environments
Preferred
Deep experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and open-source database technologies
Strong background in automation, scripting, and performance optimization
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures
Familiarity with security best practices, encryption, access control, and secrets management tools
Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and manage critical production incidents
Excellent communication and client-facing skills in high-stakes technical environments
