Accounts Payable Manager - Office Associate

This role involves managing accounts payable processes, coordinating with vendors, ensuring payment accuracy, and assisting with financial reporting in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes efficiently
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
Assist with financial reporting and analysis
IT Support
Co-op Management
Negotiate and maintain outside indirect expense vendor contracts (e.g. waste management, utilities, loss prevention, etc.)
Oversee office and store IT equipment by determining the need for repairs, contact the needed repair person and order any required replacement parts
Obtain competitive quotes from multiple suppliers for new equipment/services
Maintain safety and inspection compliance standards
Produce promotional collateral and create business graphics for office and store use
Assist other office team members as needed

Required

Experience in accounting, office management or directly related field
Knowledge of office management, bookkeeping and store operations
Knowledge of retail computer systems
Technically proficient in computer systems including related software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
Cooperative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
High school degree or equivalent
Prior experience in accounts payable or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
