Responsibilities

Develop and execute global external engagement strategies for the Chief Partner Officer with partners and customers
Ensure time is focused on the highest impact engagements. Prepare and review briefing documents and organize necessary briefing meetings with stakeholders. Manage note-taking, drafting, and reviewing follow-up communications for the executive
Manage and improve processes for executive engagement requests, including external events (e.g., Davos, Zeitgeist), briefings, and trip planning
Act as the point of contact for executive event engagement, coordinating invitations and preparing for bi-laterals at Google-led, industry, or partner events
Collaborate with the global Customer Office team for prioritizing partner meetings/events during executive trips and analyze engagement data (dashboards) and suggest optimal partner/customer engagement strategies to the executive

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in program or project management
6 years of experience working with internal executive leadership and executive customer or partner leaders
Experience working in partnership with teams in marketing, field sales and the executive assistants of executive leaders

Preferred

Ability to work comfortably with technology environments and terminology used
Ability to work to manage deadlines, with excellent planning and execution skills
Ability to work in the tight timelines, with effective business acumen
Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work with C-level stakeholders
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write on behalf of executive leaders to audiences
