Responsibilities
Engage with passengers and provide excellent customer service
Communicate clearly with Operations and Test and Validation teamsTesting and Validation
Operate autonomous vehicles under various driving conditions
Execute detailed test cases following specific instructions
Provide feedback on vehicle performance, comfort, and overall user experience
Conduct daily safety and operational inspections
Ensure vehicles meet all operational standards
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors regularly to maintain a professional appearance
Follow all traffic laws and company driving protocols
Report safety concerns or incidents accurately and promptly
Document daily activities, test results, and observations
Maintain organized and accurate records
Support team members with related tasks as needed
Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
Comfort and confidence driving autonomous vehicles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Adaptability to new technology and procedures
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Preferred
Experience operating autonomous vehicles is a strong plus
Experience with electronics, mechanical components, or computer systems is a plus
