Qualification
Required
Experience in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to solve problems effectively
Excellent Communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
Customer Service experience and ability to provide support to customers and staff
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus
Experience in retail or hardware industry is beneficial
