They are seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, responsible for maintaining financial planning tools, creating materials for board meetings, and supporting financial modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain the financial planning tool for the enterprise
Help create Board and Operating materials on a monthly/quarterly basis
Maintain financial models to support the product/new business initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting
Automate and streamline monthly reporting
Support consolidation and reporting of operational data and metrics while providing insights and driving measurable results through strong influencing and collaboration skills
Interpret the data into actionable items and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive measurable results with a sense of urgency
Lead development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting packages to drive improved business results

Qualification

Financial modelingExcel expertiseFP&A experienceAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

BS/BA in finance, business, or a related field
1+ years of related FP&A and business partnership
Excel expertise, with the ability to build and manage complex models
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
Excellent with numbers, math & logic

Preferred

Excellent financial management and analytical skills, with a deep and demonstrated understanding of financial modeling and analysis tools
Passionate about business: you like to understand what drives a business, and try to identify opportunities to go after and risks to mitigate
