Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete month-end revenue close processes
Review revenue vouchers for accuracy and compliance
Maintain close working relationships with various departments
Meet all revenue distribution deadlines
Create workflow processes between team members
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Resolve escalated issues with operations and other departments
Prepare monthly account reconciliations as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of revenue and general accounting principles
Experience with MS Excel, including XLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Preferred
8+ years of experience with an Oil and Gas upstream company
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
Experience with process improvements for efficiency
Excellent organizational and time management skills
