The Janitorial Manager will be responsible for assigning duties, inspecting work, training employees, and ensuring all accounts are stocked with supplies.

Responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services
Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements
Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards
Record personnel data on specified forms
Recommend personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing
Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems
Assists with start ups of new accounts and fills in for openings and call-offs at accounts
Float/fill in: Cleaning accounts where needed two days during the week
Qualification
Required
Have an eye for detail
Be able to work independently
Pass a criminal background
Must have few to zero moving violations and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Previous supervisory experience required
Must be reliable and excellent attendance is required for this position
Must have reliable transportation
DRUG TEST REQUIRED
Supervisory: 2 years (Required)
Drivers License/ Reliable Personal Vehicle(Required)
Proof of Automobile Insurance (Required)
