Responsibilities
Architect and implement core AI systems for knowledge extraction, retrieval, and orchestration
Design and optimize retrieval and memory infrastructure (e.g., GraphRAG, vector search) for low-latency, high-precision context delivery
Build agentic systems for autonomous reasoning, synthesis, and evaluation
Develop prompt and orchestration frameworks connecting multiple models, tools, and data sources
Prototype and validate new product directions, collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teammates
Qualification
Required
Strong Python engineering skills and experience building scalable, maintainable systems
Deep knowledge of retrieval architectures (embeddings, vector DBs, hybrid/graph search)
Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
Proven ability to build and tune LLM-based agents for complex reasoning tasks
