Draft and negotiate loan documentation and related transaction materials

Lead and manage lender-side transactions from start to finish (including post-closing matters)

Support lender asset management, restructuring, and workout matters

Collaborate with a national team to help grow and support the broader practice

Required

4+ years of broad real estate finance experience

Experience with loan origination for large, structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity

Asset management and workout experience

Ability to draft primary loan documents and manage transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies

Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex subject matter

Ambition, drive, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Juris Doctor (JD) required

Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice is required
