Responsibilities
Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides general information according to policies and procedures
Troubleshoots system issues when needed
Utilizes desk directories, on-call lists, reference guides, and other associated reference materials
Operates beeper and paging system to contact hospital personnel and code team
Communicates codes, alerts, drills, and other announcements according to established policies and procedures, including disaster management plans
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or relevant area
Preferred
Experience in switchboard operations/multi-line phone services in a hospital or medical facility
Experience working in a Call Center
