Responsibilities

Account Management: Open and manage both consumer and complex business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts. Ensure all account transactions are processed accurately

Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service, engage in effective problem-solving, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Address customer inquiries and provide support that exceeds expectations

Sales & Business Development: Proactively cross-sell bank products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs. Identify sales opportunities and generate new business to achieve bank and branch profitability goals

Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to all banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and other state and federal laws. Ensure all client documentation is complete and uploaded correctly in the core system

Team Support & Supervision: Support business clients with essential Treasury Services such as RDC (Check Scanner), Armored, and Courier Service. Provide supervisory oversight for large transactions and assist the Branch Manager with various duties as needed

Community Engagement: Commit to a minimum of 10 hours of CRA volunteer work annually, with compensable time and mileage reimbursement
