Responsibilities
Leading technical diligence on mid/stage or NTP solar & BESS projects
Overseeing acquisition diligence, engineering, planning, permitting, procurement and EPC assignment/oversight
Helping configure PV and storage systems (modules, batteries, inverters, BOP)
Influencing procurement decisions and major equipment packages
Evaluating EPC proposals and overseeing technical delivery
Acting as the technical bridge between development, construction and operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in utility-scale Solar & BESS project development or engineering
Ability to lead technical diligence on mid/stage or NTP solar & BESS projects
Experience overseeing acquisition diligence, engineering, planning, permitting, procurement and EPC assignment/oversight
Strong understanding of how utility-scale solar/BESS projects are engineered & built
Ability to influence procurement decisions and major equipment packages
Experience evaluating EPC proposals and overseeing technical delivery
Ability to act as the technical bridge between development, construction and operations
Comfortable balancing technical detail with commercial reality
Willingness to work in the office and contribute to office culture 5 days per week
Preferred
Development Engineers
Project Engineers (EPC or owner-side)
Engineering Managers within EPC or delivery teams
Pre-construction engineers with strong technical depth
