Responsibilities

Document current sales operational workflows (e.g., deal review, forecast submission, territory planning) and propose actionable optimizations to reduce bottlenecks and improve cross-functional speed and clarity
Act as a central communication hub between the Sales team and support functions (like Finance, Legal, and Marketing), ensuring all project dependencies are met on schedule and blockers are clearly escalated
Assist in gathering user requirements, testing, and documenting training materials for new sales technology rollouts (e.g., CRM enhancements, sales enablement tools) to ensure high adoption rates across the field organization
Participate in deal reviews, sales forecast calls and GTM strategy and campaigns and pipeline generation

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related analytical field
Proven ability to define, map, and document business processes using logical flowcharts or diagrams, demonstrating structured problem-solving capability
Foundational knowledge of using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) to manipulate, analyze, and present operational metrics
Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology, particularly in how they enable business strategy

Preferred

Previous internship or co-op experience working specifically within a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy function
Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce administration, reporting, or specific Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Seismic)
