Responsibilities

Respond promptly to all prospect inquiries through phone, email, social & chat
Conduct targeted outreach to families exploring independent study or alternative education pathways, converting interest into qualified opportunities
Manage and maintain a calendar of consultation appointments, ensuring timely delivery of scheduled sessions
Identify trends and recommend solutions to drive increased customer enrollment and long-term loyalty
Accurately document all prospect interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
Execute special projects as assigned
Use solution-oriented techniques that will leave an impeccable first impression
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards internal & external customers
Must be available to work occasional Saturdays and overtime

Qualification

Required

2 - 4 years inside sales experience, ideally in education, edtech, or SaaS
Ability to effectively close deals while fostering excellent customer relationships and retention
Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Exceptional customer service, written & oral communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be available for 10am - 6pm ET shift, Monday - Friday
Required internet speed of at least 7Mbps. A speed test will be conducted

Preferred

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
