The Traffic Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for assigning routes for drivers, maintaining reports, and serving as a point of contact for the drivers and retailers, while also handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers

Maintain Daily/Weekly reports

Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services

Serve as point of contact for the Drivers

Various other administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLs

Responsible for DMPS, E2Open

Accurately key driver payroll into Workday

Support drivers, stores and vendors daily

Serve as checks and balances for routing; updating daily sheets

Create driver packets: Driver packets go in driver’s room

Merge CPO freight onto regular routes

Will cross-train on other Traffic Department job tasks

Other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum high school diploma required

Minimum of 2 years Administrative and/or Customer Service experience in an office setting required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Superb problem-solving skills, with ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolution

Excellent computer skills

Prefer experience with SAP, QualComm, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred

Some college education is preferred

Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred
