Responsibilities

Direct full-stack application development and oversee the software lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test, integration, verification)

Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback

Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and processes

Drive recruitment, selection, and training initiatives; oversee performance assessments, salary planning, and competency development

Partner with program leadership and customers to ensure program requirements are met, maintain engineering rigor, and act as the technical conscience for the program

Required

Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance to start. Must be a US Citizen

At least 10 years of experience in software design and development
