Business Development Manager- Robotic Mowers
ECOVACS ROBOTICS - Americas is seeking a Business Development Manager for Robotic Mowers to lead the expansion of their outdoor robotics business. The role focuses on developing dealer partnerships, driving market share, and delivering product training and demonstrations.

Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard OPE dealers and distributors to expand GOAT’s market presence
Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and service departments
Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance, assist with forecasting, and plan quarterly business goals
Support dealers with merchandising, demo fleet planning, and local market activation
Implement strategies to grow market share and achieve profitable, sustainable territory growth
Drive dealer sell-in and sell-out performance through joint business planning
Expand commercial sales through dealers to landscapers, municipalities, campuses, and facility managers
Monitor competitive activity and provide insights to Sales and Product teams
Conduct hands-on product demos showcasing GOAT’s wire-free navigation, AI, RTK technology, and autonomous mowing capabilities
Train dealer sales teams and technicians on product features, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Support demo days, trade shows, field events, and customer presentations
Maintain CRM records for pipeline, opportunities, and dealer activities
Provide accurate forecasts and territory reports to the Sales leadership team
Collaborate with Marketing to support local campaigns, co-op programs, and retail initiatives
Work cross-functionally with Technical Support, Product, and Operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in the commercial OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) industry, preferably in sales, dealer development, or territory management
Established relationships with OPE dealers and distributors in the US (strong preference for Southeastern US network)
Proven ability to grow market share and drive profitable revenue through channel development
Hands-on experience with product demos, technical presentations, or equipment training
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technology-driven products (autonomous/robotic equipment)
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a field-based role
Preferred
Ideally candidate located in Southeastern US: GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, AL
Experience with robotic mowers, autonomous outdoor equipment, or connected devices
Background selling to commercial landscapers, municipalities, sports turf, or large property managers
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
