Responsibilities
Lead the strategic expansion of our provider domain with a focus on acquisition, activation, onboarding and retention of new customers
Drive rapid, data-driven growth initiatives within a product-led SaaS environment
Work closely with marketing to optimize the customer journey from initial awareness through trial conversion to paid subscription
Shape and scale growth loops, referral programs, and lifecycle marketing efforts, targeting primarily small and medium-sized businesses
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading product growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, activation, onboarding, and retention strategies
Proven ability to drive data-driven growth initiatives
Experience working closely with marketing teams to optimize customer journeys
Ability to shape and scale growth loops and referral programs
Experience in lifecycle marketing efforts targeting small and medium-sized businesses
Strong leadership skills and experience in a senior leadership position
