As an Engagement Associate, you will partner with the Engagement Management teams to address customer needs and drive adoption, enhancing their AI visibility through targeted support and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives

Craft regular strategic AEO audits that include key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for customers of all sizes — from enterprise to startup

Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystem

Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover and manage customer Slack channels to ensure all messages are addressed

Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges
