They are seeking a dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO.

Responsibilities
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and territories across TradFi and crypto, setting quarterly OKRs and revenue targets
Build and manage the full funnel, creating repeatable sales motions for key segments (asset managers, stablecoin issuers, payment orchestrators, etc.)
Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales—from discovery through Legal/InfoSec/Compliance—and structure strategic partnerships that unlock step-function adoption
Negotiate commercial terms (volume tiers, usage-based pricing, rev share) and define incentive structures to drive institutional and DeFi adoption
Craft and champion the positioning of the protocol as the neutral liquidity layer; build enterprise-grade enablement tools (ROI models, case studies, integration guides)
Map the institutional on-chain finance landscape, identify high-value use cases, and orchestrate pilots that move real financial flows
Stand up necessary systems (CRM, forecasting, operational cadence) and recruit and develop a lean, high-leverage team (AE/BDR/Revenue Ops) as milestones are hit
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and managing revenue engines across enterprise sales and strategic partnerships
Proven track record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies
Strong understanding of both traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems
Ability to negotiate complex commercial terms and structure strategic partnerships
Experience in creating repeatable sales motions for key segments
Strong analytical skills to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and set quarterly OKRs and revenue targets
Experience in mapping the institutional on-chain finance landscape and identifying high-value use cases
Ability to recruit and develop a high-leverage team
Experience in standing up necessary systems such as CRM and forecasting
Preferred
Experience in the on-chain financial infrastructure or blockchain technology space
Familiarity with tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and stablecoins
Experience working with major global asset managers and corporate treasuries
Ability to craft and champion product narratives and positioning
