Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end annual strategic planning process, including drafting enterprise strategy narratives, board materials, and monthly business reviews
Lead top-down market and industry analysis, initiative prioritization, and strategic recommendations, including framing where to play and how to win
Serve as the CEO’s execution partner on the most critical, cross-functional initiatives, often ambiguous and without a natural owner, ensuring alignment, momentum, and outcomes until long-term ownership is established
Qualification
Required
3 to 7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-impact business operations
Proven ability to shape and execute enterprise-level strategy, including exposure to C-suite and board-level initiatives
Strong analytical judgment with the ability to turn complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau are a plus
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience leading workstreams or mentoring analysts
