Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations: oversee administrative workflows, scheduling, front-desk activity, and ensure the office is organized and functioning smoothly
Drive new business sales in personal and commercial lines through lead follow-up and sales conversations
Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage
Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems (CRM / AMS)
Stay informed on underwriting rules, product changes, and carrier markets
Support agency branding, marketing tasks, and contribute ideas to help grow book of business
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (personal, commercial, or both), required
Must hold a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license, required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial drive
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to take ownership of goals
