Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Develop custom connections, workflows and business processes using PowerApps and Power Automate

Ensure the quality and Performance of PowerApps applications through rigorous testing and debugging

Provide training and support to end users on PowerApps solutions

Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in PowerApps and related technologies

Mentor and guide junior developers on the team

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

7+ years of experience in developing solutions with PowerApps, Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform

Strong understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Virtual agents

Proven experience in leading projects and managing a team

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience with Azure services, Dynamic 365 and Integration

Microsoft Power Platform certifications

Familiarity with Azure services and DevOps practices

Knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents

Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms
