Responsibilities

Provides general and detailed maintenance on facilities systems, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and systems
Performs routine general rounds and inspections throughout facility
Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Completes documentation of all work performed
Mandatory participation in the site emergency response team
Respond to after-hour call-ins for emergency responses or repairs
Assist in coordinating building projects, facility upgrades, and special events
Relocate equipment, items, and furniture as assigned
Follow safety regulation and company procedures
Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar industry
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to participate in emergency response programs and after-hours call-ins
Willingness to work day, night, weekend, or rotating shifts as needed
Must be able to lift/move equipment and perform physical tasks

Preferred

Knowledge of semiconductor facilities systems and industry-specific systems is a plus
Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, CPR/First Aid) a plus
