Assist with intake, ticket triage, and business communications
Support the team with imaging computers, and autopilot and Intune management
Participate in meetings and collaborate on solutions
Learn and apply relevant industry tools, software, methodologies
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interest in IT within the corporate environment
Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in your area of interest
Background check, MVR and drug screen may be required
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
