Responsibilities
Respond to requests from Advisors, Broker-Dealer, Insurance Carriers, and State Departments
Submit all necessary forms to Broker-Dealer, State Departments, and National Association of Insurance Commissioners and Insurance Carriers as needed
Track progress of submitted requests
Follow up with all third parties by phone and email
Maintain scanning of records
Update status in company database
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
associate's degree
2-3 years of general office experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Excellent initiative, ability to learn quickly and work independently
Knowledge of data gathering and reporting procedures
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet changing deadlines
Adaptive problem-solving skills to ensure excellent service
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong initiative to support team members with tasks and projects
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Typing of at least 40 wpm
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Financial background or similar
