Enterprise Sales Executive

The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Payroll Tax Management solutions to enterprise market companies, developing sales strategies, networking, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers, and senior executives
Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle
Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges
Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients
Conducting high level product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and clients
Diligently recording sales activities in Salesforce and providing accurate and realistic sales forecast
Conducts negotiations on behalf of Asure to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
Minimum of 5+ years successful experience in consultative software sales working with named accounts (current clients and partners)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quota
Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
Proven relationship building and client service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, yielding exceptional results
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Zoom or other comparable tools
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluid presentation and persuasion skills
Polished presenter of demos and webinars
Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quota

Preferred

Experience selling a Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
