Kasper Electrical is seeking a highly capable and experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior buildout projects throughout South Florida. This role involves managing all phases of commercial electrical projects and ensuring effective communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects
Coordinate field labor, materials, schedules, and inspections
Track budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Communicate clearly with clients, GCs, and vendors
Oversee submittals, RFIs, and documentation compliance
Support and collaborate with field superintendents and foremen

Qualification

Commercial electrical project managementNECProject management toolsCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management experience
Strong knowledge of NEC, construction timelines, and workflow
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
