The Associate Analyst, People Systems will provide support for various People systems and assist in maintaining data integrity, developing documentation, and training business partners.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Workday and other People systems, including researching and resolving system questions, unexpected results, or process flaws
Provide support of escalated systems questions from our People Solution Center partners
Perform regularly scheduled activities and audits and help maintain the foundational pieces within the systems
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and job aid documentation. Train business partners on new processes/functionality and train new administrators on general system processes
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
Participate and lead in system releases to ensure the People Systems team is ready to review upcoming enhancements. Communicate new enhancements to our business partners
Assists with other People systems and projects, as needed

Qualification

Workday Core HCMMicrosoft ExcelLearning Management SystemsSalesforcePlanningOrganizationCustomer serviceAttention to detailProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year(s) experience with Workday Core HCM
Experience with Microsoft Office products—especially Excel
Experience with Saba/Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems
Experience with Salesforce
Attention to detail and data integrity
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to analyze and problem-solving
Intense desire for constant learning and process improvement
Passion for customer service and satisfaction
Great communicator, both verbally and in writing
