Responsibilities

Designing and building internal applications used daily by operations and control teams
Developing user facing interfaces focused on performance, clarity, and usability
Creating shared frontend components and backend services used across multiple teams
Integrating and maintaining data flows with external counterparties and service providers
Working directly with business users to understand problems and deliver practical solutions
Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction as the platform evolves

Required

Strong commercial experience with core Java and modern frontend frameworks
Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling

Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by learning how the business works

Preferred

Prior exposure to financial markets or financial services is helpful but not essential
