Enterprise Pop. Health Quality Analyst 3 - Remote

The Enterprise Population Health Quality Analyst 3 plays a critical role in designing, building, testing, and implementing these systems, ensuring they meet clinical standards and improve healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities
Designing, building, testing, and implementing population health registries and data models within clinical application systems
Collaborating with clinicians to gather detailed specifications on clinical processes, information flow, and risk analysis
Performing quality assurance testing of complex systems and providing essential support through troubleshooting, customer service, and system maintenance
Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including design and deployment processes, workflows, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience or education/training in clinical application systems, Population Health, or healthcare workflow solutions is required
Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in these areas will also be considered
EPIC Certification in EpicCare Healthy Planet, and/or EpicCare Ambulatory, and/or EpicCare ClinDoc or obtain certification(s) within four (4) months of hire
Must maintain current certification for primary EMR module(s) as a condition of employment
Experience and proven success in information systems implementation, development and support within a large-scale healthcare organization
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively, train, support, and work collaboratively with users of clinical information systems at all professional and technical levels
Detail oriented, with proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and see projects through to completion on deadline
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey technical information and instructions to all levels of clinical applications users in a specific, clear, and concise manner
Strong analytical skills and knowledge in documentation and reporting, with the ability to design and execute tests, analyze system performance data, and produce substantive reports and analyses
Dedicated team player with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in a large, complex healthcare environment
Extensive experience and working knowledge of all MS office products
Knowledge and experience of database management technologies
Strong project management skills
