Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred in a health or human services field and a minimum of 3-5 years agency operations and clinical management experience, with a minimum of 2 years' management experience in home health, hospice, or other post-acute care environment
Or have the equivalent training and experience in health service administration and at least two (2) years of full-time supervisory or administrative experience in home health care, hospice or related health programs
RN license and graduate from an approved nursing school with a current license, is highly preferred, but exceptions may occur based on the needs of the business operations and structure within that market or region
Valid drivers' license and current auto liability insurance
