Responsibilities

Ensure seamless reimbursement processing while staying updated on insurance regulations and guidelines

Timely claim processing, addressing concerns to maintain accuracy, and resolving issues with patients, referral sources, and insurers

Diligently manage aging reports, follow up on outstanding claims, and maintain accurate account records

Communicate internally to keep teams informed of changes and externally to address customer concerns

Handle administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries and drafting correspondence
