Accredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services, and they are seeking a talented Service Technician to join their team. The Service Technician will evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate various test and measurement equipment, supporting calibration, assembly, and repair activities.

Responsibilities

Evaluating units for repair, performing research for replacement components, creating repair estimates, and executing on approved repairs

Troubleshooting problems, adjusting and calibrating customer and ETI owned instrumentation and equipment

Managing customer engagements focused on complete and timely responses to inquiries and requests for action

Assisting Regional Service and Production Managers by supporting activities that drive timely turnaround of equipment

Assist in the assembly of ETI equipment as requested

Required

At least two years of experience in a related field required - Electrical or mechanical calibration experience as well as military PMEL, METCAL, or TMDE training preferred

Basic technical knowledge of electronic principles to troubleshoot equipment calibration issues in the field

Experience using diagrams, schematics, engineering data, and test equipment is required

Able to discuss technical issues common to the products and services ETI provides (verbally and in writing) with customers, suppliers and internal associates; (English language)

Ability and willingness to travel to customers' locations throughout the United States as needed

Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background security check
