Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting of building automation and facilities equipment
Develop, update, and maintain PM tasking, work instructions, and control logic
Support onsite operators and mechanics with technical guidance
Analyze automation and maintenance data to identify performance trends and corrective actions
Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams on validations and improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or 3–5 years of facilities, automation, or maintenance engineering experience
Must have HVAC experience
Hands-on experience with building automation systems (BAS) and facilities equipment
Strong troubleshooting capability across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems
Experience developing or modifying automation software instructions
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (BACnet, ModBus, LonTalk, PLCs, HMIs)
