Product Manager, Partnerships & Integrations

They are seeking a Product Manager, Partnerships & Integrations to shape the product strategy and collaborate with various teams to enhance product offerings and integrations.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Own the strategy and lifecycle of third-party integrations, APIs, and partner-driven capabilities, ensuring they deliver value to customers and drive adoption
Evaluate potential partners, understand their technical requirements, and guide integration design to ensure scalability, reliability, and interoperability
Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and internal insights to prioritize features and improvements that drive product value
Own the backlog and feature prioritization, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to product development
Develop and maintain clear, well-structured product requirements documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for new features and enhancements
Collaborate with QA and Engineering to validate feature implementations through user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality releases
Communicate product updates and key milestones effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Support, and Professional Services to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications
Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Training teams to create product collateral, documentation, and launch plans
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years experience as an effective Product or Project Manager, with technical writing experience
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (evaluating, scoping, and shipping partner-driven features)
Experience creating technical documentation, user guides, online help articles, reference material, and other forms of user assistance content for technical and non technical audiences
Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Strong working knowledge of documentation tools
Skilled at resolving a wide range of issues in creative and practical ways
Strong attention to detail and organization
Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with anyone
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, communications or related field preferred
Experience in a SaaS company preferred
