Director of Data & Analytics
Courser is a partnership platform that helps IT Managed Services Providers identify and take the next step in growth. The Director of Data & Analytics will build and scale the Data & Analytics function, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence and driving governance standards to enable business decisions through advanced analytics.

Responsibilities
Develop the infrastructure for a scalable data warehouse to serve as the foundation of all Courser’s data & analytics business solutions
Lead development of BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, including governance, architecture, and analytics roadmap
Establish data quality standards and compliance processes aligned with regulatory requirements
Partner with business units and leaders to identify analytics opportunities and deliver actionable insights
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and that projects are completed on time. Adjust timelines as needed to accommodate business needs and resource constraints
Drive adoption of data-driven culture through training and stakeholder engagement
Develop data integrity and oversight standards that ensure proper dissemination of data across the organization balances commercial access needs and privacy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or BI leadership roles
Proven track record of implementing enterprise data governance and analytics programs
Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud platforms
Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks and resolve project challenges
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA with a focus on analytics or technology
Advanced proficiency in PowerBI (or similar BI platforms)
Advanced proficiency with Python and SQL
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks
Change management experience in large-scale transformation initiatives
