Maintenance Assistant
Kingston Healthcare is seeking dependable and skilled Maintenance Assistants to join their team across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll help keep healthcare and senior living communities safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and families.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and assist with the maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Respond to work orders and complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, minor repairs, and groundskeeping
Support facility safety by identifying and resolving potential hazards
Assist with coordinating outside vendors and contractors when needed
Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations in a healthcare/senior living environment
Contribute to a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building repair
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-service focused
Preferred
Technical or vocational training
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
Experience in healthcare or senior living maintenance
