Vice President of Sales
Responsibilities
Own and execute the overall sales strategy for ZB Designs
Drive all sales efforts and shape the growth trajectory of the company
Break into and rapidly scale retail channels
Develop new partnerships and expand existing accounts
Build, lead, and level up a high-performance sales team
Identify new markets, opportunities, and revenue streams
Build scalable, repeatable sales processes that support long-term growth
Implement consultative and solution-selling strategies
Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership on go-to-market strategy
Set aggressive targets and bring people with you while you hit them
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling toys or retail products
A strong track record of retail sales success and account growth
Elite sales leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead from the front
Experience in startups or high-growth environments
A history of taking small or emerging brands to the next level through sales
Expertise in consultative selling, solution selling, and structured sales processes
Experience contributing to business, marketing, and go-to-market strategy
Strong business development skills and the ability to open new revenue channels
Preferred
Existing relationships in the toy, gift, or novelty space
Experience scaling a brand from unknown to everywhere
Background in DTC, e-commerce, or omnichannel strategies
