Responsibilities

Assist with review and preparation of revenue close-related activities, such as reviewing contracts with customers, validating sales orders, reviewing and calculating commissions, preparing revenue checklists, etc
Maintain and refresh Excel model to calculate RPO (remaining performance obligation)
Review contracts with customers to identify key revenue recognition considerations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, sales, revenue operations, etc
Leverage systems such as NetSuite ARM and SFDC for revenue tracking and reporting
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for management reporting and disclosures
Contribute to process improvements and maintain strong attention to detail across deliverables

Required

7+ years of combined experience in revenue accounting and public accounting
Experience working with SaaS and publicly traded companies
Strong understanding of RPO revenue recognition
Advanced Excel skills and ability to review, understand, modify, and use complex formulas and functions
NetSuite, NetSuite ARM and SFDC experience required
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables across multiple teams
