The Equipment Installation Specialist will be responsible for installing equipment and providing excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth installation process and maintaining a clean worksite.

Responsibilities
Install wall accessories and dispensing equipment
Act as a project planner and liaison for internal supplies and resources
Ensure the inventory is ready for delivery at the scheduled installation time
Assist the manager in developing a resource plan, budget, and schedule for installations
Conduct a site walk and pre-plan the installation area/locations with the customer
Remove all previous wall accessories where required
Provide customers with verbal and written operating instructions
Maintain a clean work site during and after the job is complete
Manage all necessary documents, including proper distribution to internal departments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company equipment and its technical and functional characteristics
Make equipment demonstrations for clients
Review, recommend, manage, and secure the tools required for job duties
Maintain the work vehicle as required for commercial operations
Pick and deliver orders to customers as required for commercial operations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with hand and power tools is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
Ability to navigate directions and read maps
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to independently lift 50 lbs
