Responsibilities

Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, lightbulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standard
Maintain the building exterior
Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters
Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry
Conduct inspections for preventative maintenance needs
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis
All other tasks and duties as assigned
