This role involves designing, deploying, and scaling intelligent assistants and agentic systems to achieve operational excellence and innovation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Rapidly design, build, and iterate agentic AI pilots using large language models (LLMs), APIs, and prompt engineering
Ensure that delivering early quick wins with usable AI assistants or copilots
Translate complex business logic and UX needs into user-centric and impactful outputs that are accessible even to non-technical stakeholders. Outputs must demonstrate real business impact
Partner cross-functionally with infrastructure, data, and product teams to deliver MVPs within weeks
Lead experimentation cycles and validation frameworks to continuously refine and elevate AI solutions
Actively embrace and contribute to an innovation-first team culture within a flat, collaborative hierarchy
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing and building agentic AI systems using LLMs, memory, and tool integration (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, LangGraph, or other equivalent)
Hands-on LLM integration with enterprise tools and APIs, including tool-augmented agents and RAG pipelines
Strong rapid prototyping skills, with ability to build functional MVPs, and iterate quickly
Exposure to multi-modal AI systems (text, code, tabular, documents) in enterprise or financial contexts
Experience deploying agents using frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, or Docker, with built-in monitoring and observability
Effective collaborator across product, engineering, and business functions— able to translate technical systems into business value
Preferred
A technical expert, a visionary leader, or ideally both—this role is designed to support excellence in either or both profiles
A strategic thinker with an instinct for agile, scalable execution
A collaborator who thrives in non-hierarchical, fast-moving environments
