They are seeking a Human Resources Director to manage HR processes, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and foster a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Oversee hourly payroll processing calendar, ensure processed timely
Maintain salaried manager payroll processing
Garnishments/Child Support/Court Orders (submitted to Paycom for processing)
State/Fed Census/BLS reporting
Wage and Hour rules, Tipped Workers
Employee census data (annual July 1 schedule)
Employee eligibility review
Plan review and negotiations
Open-enrollment, new hires
401(k) enrollment (Voya)
ACA Compliance
Assist store-level claims reporting
Employee relations
Employee handbook
EEO1 Annual Survey
E-verify/I-9
FMLA
Wage & Hour Compliance
State/Fed employment compliance

Qualification
Required
Experience in Human Resources (HR), including a solid understanding of HR principles and practices
Skills in HR Management and implementing HR Policies effectively
Expertise in overseeing Employee Benefits and managing associated processes
Strong Personnel Management skills to support employee relations and organizational needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
