Responsibilities
You have proficiency in development and characterization of heat-sealing sealant layers
You have an understanding of various material properties and their applications (e.g., polymers, compostable materials, barrier materials, and sealants)
You have experience in designing and developing systems that preserve product functionality during transportation, storage and handling
You have experience working towards high volume scalability and automation technologies, taking packaging design from an early prototype stage to high volume commercial solutions
You have hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD, CAPE, Adobe Illustrator)
You have proficiency in generating engineering drawings and design specifications
Preferred: You have an understanding of industry standards, such as ASTM D4169, ISO 11607, ISO TS 16775, ISO 13485 and ISTA test standards
You have a deep understanding of various material properties and their applications (e.g., polymers, compostable materials, barrier materials, and sealants)
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master's degree and 0-2 years' equivalent experience
You have proficiency in development and characterization of heat-sealing sealant layers

You have experience in designing and developing systems that preserve product functionality during transportation, storage and handling
