Responsibilities
Create metrics-based templates by collecting and analyzing data on space usage and occupancy
Assist in the consensus management process to inform planning decisions by collaborating with internal departments to understand space needs
Assist in creating and updating space plans using space planning tools, CAD software and custom-created metrics
Support the implementation of office moves, renovations, and reconfigurations
Maintain accurate records of floor plans, seating charts, and space assignments
Participate in site surveys and audits to verify space utilization and layout accuracy
Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders on space planning initiatives
Assist in compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and company policies
Serve as a liaison between Lutron and third-party space utilization/audit consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in space planning
Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post academics
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other space planning software is preferred. Experience using iOffice/Eptura a plus
Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS systems
Basic understanding of ergonomics and workplace design principles
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus
