Sr. Recruiter, Manufacturing Engineering
Tesla is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our Manufacturing Engineering teams, responsible for developing next-generation products and automating manufacturing lines. This role involves partnering with business leaders, managing talent requirements, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates
Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environment
Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Qualification
Required
High volume, technical recruiting experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 25+ technical, niche requisitions
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, from either a corporate or agency environment, using an ATS and Microsoft Office
Experience in recruiting engineers or niche, skilled roles + leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction
Demonstrated track record of excellence in full cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessing technical talent to offer negotiation, maintaining awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
Ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
