Responsibilities

Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to facilities systems
Programming ability, program sequences, diagnosis and repair of complex digital systems
Comprehensive knowledge of commissioning
Ability to train staff or direct other technicians as related to installation and repair of specialized Facilities equipment
Ability to write procedures
Reads and interprets complex construction documents, service manuals and other, technical documents
Creates and follows complex instructions on blueprints, drawings and oral instructions
Assists engineers and designers in the evaluation of contractors and equipment and in the preparation of specifications regarding engineering/maintenance systems
