Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
Work directly with opposing counsel
Draft motions and pleadings
Negotiate settlements
Handle court appearances
Prepare cases for trial

Qualification

Required

At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably single plaintiff work
Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution
Excellent academic credentials
Analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Consumer Litigation Counsel (General Litigation or Labor Employment Litigation preferred)
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation experience is also valued
Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
